About Claire
Originally from Scotland, I now live in York with my husband, Ben and my springer spaniel, Moose.
Throughout my career I have worked for people first organisations such as Marriott International as well as start-ups, new openings and SMEs.
My career in corporate HR took me from Aberdeen to London and everywhere in between before I founded PinkCube in 2021 with an aim to bring simple, no-nonsense, cost-effective HR solutions to businesses of all sizes across the UK.
I've been at the forefront of the good, the bad and the ugly side of business and I know how critical it is to make the right people decisions at the right time.
I offer an honest, vibrant and straightforward solution, with humour, warmth and a judgement-free zone.
Things I love: my dog, the sun, sending and receiving gifts out of the blue, true crime documentaries and diet coke.
I have a few bits of paper if you like that kind of thing:
Honours Law degree from the University of Glasgow.
Masters degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Strathclyde.
Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University, New York.
Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Exemplary Employer of Choice Award recognising excellence in HR.
Acorn Award Winner.
Catey’s HR Manager of the Year runner up
